Human Active Technology (HAT), ([please apply online] an ergonomic workspace manufacturer located in the Lehigh Valley of PA, is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, Distribution Channel Manager to join our Sales team. This role will drive programs and activities that facilitate the growth of sales and product penetration within IT & Commerce Solutions Distribution Partners. This person will interact often with members of the sales teams, vendor management, and business unit leadership to drive brand awareness and sales. This person will also work closely with the marketing team to provide information and material to distribution partners to help enable their success with HAT Design Works products. HAT Design Works serves many markets, including but not limited to Commerce, Enterprise, Federal, SLED, Healthcare, and Financial.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of all products offered at HAT Design Works.

· Frequent travel (drive & fly) to meet with distribution partners as well as trade shows and partner events to represent HAT Design Works.

· Value proposition and solutions presentations via virtual meetings as well as in person to customers.

· Complete sales activity and opportunity reports as well as regular volume forecasts.

· Develop individual strategic growth priorities for all distribution partners and be the key driver of communicating the progress of these initiatives both internally and to the distributor.

· Expand existing distributor business by building and maintaining rapport and identifying new opportunities.

· Develop sales team and senior level relationships within distribution partners.

· Track programs and activities to measure their impact relative to growing sales and customer breadth.

· Provide recommendations as to upcoming activities, marketing, and programs to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

· Administer MDF, Rebates, and Contracts with each distributor.

· Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and Customer Service to ensure orders and inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently.

Contribute to product development and enhancements by actively participating in customer satisfaction and feedback gathering efforts and providing input and support to management to improve customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
